DELIVERY AND RETURN
SHIPPING
We deliver to Metropolitan France (Corsica, Monaco and Andorra, included), the EU, and also internationally. Since our jewelry is handmade and customizable, the handling time for each order can vary between 1 and 3 days.

Once made, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days in mainland France, and in 3 days to the main European cities.

For international deliveries, allow between 3 and 8 working days.
​
Each order contains the jewelry, a thank you card, and a protective sleeve.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have the option to receive a full refund within 30 days of the date of your order if it is in poor condition or has never been delivered. If you wish to be reimbursed for your purchase, we invite you to follow the following steps:

Then click on the order corresponding to the product (s) you wish to be reimbursed, you will find the order number essential for the return

Complete the contact form specifying the reasons for reimbursement for each product in order to validate your request.
