  • Are your jewels rustproof?
    Our aluminum and stainless steel jewelry is highly resistant to everyday wear and tear, and can be placed under water. Those gilded with fine gold require more care. To prevent the fine gold layer from fading, we advise you to limit contact with water and dry them thoroughly after any exposure.
  • Are your jewels unisex?
    Yes, thanks to our adjustable sizing and versatile designs, all our jewelry is unisex.
  • Is your jewelry adjustable?
    Most of our jewels can be adjusted by hand, according to the size of your finger or wrist. You can find this information in the description of each product page.

  • Is it possible to request jewelry repair?
    If your jewelry arrives damaged in transit, it is possible to have it repaired. Simply contact our after-sales service at contact@memojewelryparis.com, enclosing a photo of the jewelry and your order number. Jewelry damaged more than one month after purchase cannot be repaired.
  • What customizations are possible?
    The following personalization options are available. As the fourth line is larger, it does not fit on star charms, hearts or connectors, and cannot be stamped on mini thickness rings.
  • Is it possible to exceed the number of characters indicated?
    The number of characters for personalization is carefully chosen according to the model selected. Beyond a certain threshold, the strength of the jewelry may be damaged. For this reason, we ask you to respect the number of characters indicated on each product page.
  • How much are the shipping costs?
    Delivery is free for orders over €80, and €5 for orders under €80.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Our custom jewelry is handcrafted in our Paris workshop. Our craftsmen make your jewelry to order to avoid overproduction, so please allow 2-3 days for production before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a tracking number. Your order will be dispatched within 3 or 4 working days by La Poste*. *For deliveries outside France, delivery times may be slightly longer. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to La Poste, snow, strikes...
  • Do you deliver internationally?
    Yes, we deliver anywhere in the world, including tracked delivery (allow 5 to 8 working days).
  • What is your return policy?
    Our personalized products (including earrings and piercings) cannot be returned or exchanged. However, our other non-personalized products can be exchanged and returned up to 30 days after the date of receipt. We accept unworn products in their original packaging.
